Chappell Acres

Companies working within budgets are finding that there are more options for meeting places than city lights and asphalt parking lots. Slightly out of the way places, with a relaxed country atmosphere, are gaining more attention around the company.

While Chappell Acres' facility has the appearance of a weathered barn, it has never been one: in bygone years, the present 2.4 acres were once part of a larger working farm. The original old well, which once served as watering hole during droughts, remains but now takes on a new look: the old well has a white-lattice covered building and is one of the first things that visitors see when driving onto the property.

Rental Rates

From weddings, reunions, showers, business luncheons and meetings, birthday parties and any other needs you may have we can accommodate you.

Our Facility Rental Includes:
  • Use of our stage & podium
  • Padded light-grey chairs
  • 6 foot long rectangular tables (table cloths are not furnished)
  • Outside catering provisions welcome
  • Use of our kitchen and upright freezer for prepared foods (no cooking allowed)
  • Microwave
  • Buhn Automatic Coffee Maker
  • No microphone or Amplifier furnished, but our Poplar Wood Interior has fantastic acoustics
  • Our open-floor facility can accommodate up to 100 guests. In warmer weather, groups can break up into smaller groups and use:
  • Our spacious front porch and park benches
  • Outdoor white resin armed chairs
  • Platformed Arbor
  • Air Conditioned outdoor small cottage

Space & Room Provisions

Conventional seating: Up to 100 Guests Theatre Style Seating: Our facility is air-conditioned. In summer months (July, August) on high-humid days at maximum capacity, the air conditioning performance may be affected.
